Recipe Of The Week Chef Nay's Summer Chicken salad

Ingredients
1lb of chicken breast
1/3 of red diced onion
1/4 cup of green bell pepper
1/4 cup of celery
1/2 cup of chopped eggs
2 cups of mayo
1/3 cup of yellow mustard
1/3 cup of Dijon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 tablespoons of salad seasoning
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper
Intructions
In a medium size pot bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add chicken bouillon and chicken for 20 minutes. Remove he chicken from the pot to a medium size bowl and let it cool for 25 minutes.
After the chicken is cooled down and tender, start pulling it apart. Add your dry ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Next add in your wet ingredients, as well as your seasonings and mix all ingredients evenly in together.
Enjoy with a nice wrap, bread or crackers. For enhanced flavor add Chef Nay’s Guhh damn seasoning on top.
